Service Description

Our Deluxe Interior Detail is the ultimate deep-clean package for your vehicle’s cabin. It includes everything from our Full Interior Detail with added treatments to restore, protect, and refresh your interior from top to bottom. This service includes: • Complete interior vacuuming (carpets, seats, mats, trunk/cargo area) • Shampoo and hot-water extraction of carpets, mats, and cloth seats • Leather cleaning and conditioning (if applicable) • Full wipe-down and steam cleaning of all hard surfaces (dash, console, vents, door panels, cup holders) • Dressing and UV protection applied to plastics, vinyl, and trim • Streak-free cleaning of all interior glass, windows, and mirrors • Crevice and vent cleaning for hard-to-reach dirt buildup • Pet hair removal (if applicable) • Odor neutralizer and interior freshening treatment Best for: vehicles with heavy use, tough stains, pet hair, or interiors needing a full reset for a like-new feel.


Cancellation Policy

At OG Mobile Detailing, our goal is to deliver professional results with convenience and care. To provide the best experience for all customers, the following policies apply to all services: 1. Appointments and Scheduling Services are by appointment only. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. Please make sure we have clear access to your vehicle at the scheduled time. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. If we arrive but cannot perform the service due to locked vehicles, unsafe conditions, or customer absence, a service fee may apply. 3. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, card, and approved digital payments. Deposits may be required for certain services or fleet accounts. 4. Service Limitations Prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or neglect may result in additional charges. While we do our best, complete removal of all stains, odors, or damage cannot be guaranteed. Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions at no extra cost. 5. Customer Responsibilities Please remove personal items before service. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings. Customers must provide a safe and accessible work area (driveway, parking space, etc.). 6. Liability Disclaimer We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects (such as worn upholstery, oxidized, or loose trim). Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion By booking, the customer agrees to these terms. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
