Our Full Exterior Detail is a complete deep-clean for your vehicle’s exterior, designed to restore shine, remove contaminants, and protect surfaces. This service includes: • Foam cannon pre-wash to safely loosen dirt and grime • Full hand wash with premium detailing products • Deep cleaning of rims, wheel wells, and tires • Tire dressing for a polished, long-lasting finish • Clay bar treatment to remove embedded contaminants w/ decon wash • Spot-free hand dry and blow dry for a flawless finish • Spray wax or sealant for added protection and gloss • Attention to trim, badges, and exterior crevices Perfect for: vehicles that need more than a basic wash, including stubborn dirt, brake dust, or a refreshed, showroom-quality appearance.
Cancellation Policy
At OG Mobile Detailing, our goal is to deliver professional results with convenience and care. To provide the best experience for all customers, the following policies apply to all services: 1. Appointments and Scheduling Services are by appointment only. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. Please make sure we have clear access to your vehicle at the scheduled time. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. If we arrive but cannot perform the service due to locked vehicles, unsafe conditions, or customer absence, a service fee may apply. 3. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, card, and approved digital payments. Deposits may be required for certain services or fleet accounts. 4. Service Limitations Prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or neglect may result in additional charges. While we do our best, complete removal of all stains, odors, or damage cannot be guaranteed. Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions at no extra cost. 5. Customer Responsibilities Please remove personal items before service. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings. Customers must provide a safe and accessible work area (driveway, parking space, etc.). 6. Liability Disclaimer We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects (such as worn upholstery, oxidized, or loose trim). Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion By booking, the customer agrees to these terms. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
