The OG Basic Exterior Wash is our routine exterior cleaning service designed to safely remove dirt, grime, pollen, brake dust, and surface buildup while keeping your vehicle looking clean, sharp, and well-maintained. This service is perfect for vehicles that do not need heavy decontamination, polishing, or paint correction but still deserves more than a rushed drive-thru wash. We use a controlled wash process with quality products to clean the exterior properly, protect the finish, and bring back a fresh, polished appearance. This service includes: Foam cannon pre-wash to loosen dirt and grime Full hand wash using high-quality exterior products Cleaning of rims and tires Tire dressing for a clean, polished finish Spot-free hand dry Blow dry to remove trapped water from crevices, mirrors, badges, and trim Final exterior check for a clean finished look The OG Basic Exterior Wash is ideal for routine maintenance, daily drivers, lightly dirty vehicles, and anyone who wants their ride looking clean without needing a full exterior detail or protection package. This is not a clay bar treatment, wax, sealant, iron decontamination, heavy water spot removal, or polish service. For vehicles with rough paint, dullness, oxidation, bonded contaminants, or heavier buildup, the OG Full Exterior Detail or a polishing service would be the stronger fit. The goal is simple: safely wash the exterior, clean the wheels, dress the tires, and leave your vehicle looking fresh, sharp, and ready to pull up right.
Cancellation Policy
At OG Mobile Detailing, our goal is to deliver professional results with convenience and care. To provide the best experience for all customers, the following policies apply to all services: 1. Appointments and Scheduling Services are by appointment only. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. Please make sure we have clear access to your vehicle at the scheduled time. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. If we arrive but cannot perform the service due to locked vehicles, unsafe conditions, or customer absence, a service fee may apply. 3. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, card, and approved digital payments. Deposits may be required for certain services or fleet accounts. 4. Service Limitations Prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or neglect may result in additional charges. While we do our best, complete removal of all stains, odors, or damage cannot be guaranteed. Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions at no extra cost. 5. Customer Responsibilities Please remove personal items before service. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings. Customers must provide a safe and accessible work area (driveway, parking space, etc.). 6. Liability Disclaimer We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects (such as worn upholstery, oxidized, or loose trim). Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion By booking, the customer agrees to these terms. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
