The OG Signature Detail is our upgraded interior and exterior combo package designed for vehicles that need more than a basic refresh but do not require a full interior restoration. This package puts the main focus on the exterior, giving your vehicle a deeper clean, smoother paint feel, and added protection while still refreshing the interior so the whole ride looks and feels properly maintained. We start with a full exterior process to safely remove dirt, road film, brake dust, bugs, and surface buildup. From there, we perform a clay bar treatment and decontamination wash to remove embedded contaminants that a basic wash cannot fully lift. Once the surface is clean and smooth, we apply a premium spray was or sealant to boost gloss, slickness, and protection. Inside, we complete a clean interior refresh with vacuuming, surface wipe-downs, streak-free glass cleaning, and light freshening of vents and high-touch areas. The result is a vehicle that looks sharper on the outside and feels cleaner on the inside. This is not a full shampoo, pet hair, removal, odor treatment, machine polish, ceramic coating, or complete interior restoration. For heavy stains, neglected interiors, oxidation, faded paint, or deeper correction needs, The OG Reset, OG Deluxe Interior Restoration or OG Deluxe Exterior Restoration would be the better fit. The goal is simple: clean it deeper, smooth out the paint, protect the shine, and give your vehicle that confident OG finish inside and out. Cancellation Policy
At OG Mobile Detailing, our goal is to deliver professional results with convenience and care. To provide the best experience for all customers, the following policies apply to all services: 1. Appointments and Scheduling Services are by appointment only. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. Please make sure we have clear access to your vehicle at the scheduled time. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. If we arrive but cannot perform the service due to locked vehicles, unsafe conditions, or customer absence, a service fee may apply. 3. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, card, and approved digital payments. Deposits may be required for certain services or fleet accounts. 4. Service Limitations Prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or neglect may result in additional charges. While we do our best, complete removal of all stains, odors, or damage cannot be guaranteed. Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions at no extra cost. 5. Customer Responsibilities Please remove personal items before service. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings. Customers must provide a safe and accessible work area (driveway, parking space, etc.). 6. Liability Disclaimer We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects (such as worn upholstery, oxidized, or loose trim). Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion By booking, the customer agrees to these terms. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
