Service Description
The OG Refresh is our basic interior and exterior combo package designed for vehicles that need a clean, professional reset without stepping into a full deep-detail service. This package is built for routine maintenance, daily drivers, weekend cruisers, and vehicles that need a solid clean inside and out. It gives the exterior a fresh hand wash while cleaning up the cabin so the whole vehicle feels more presentable, comfortable, and put back together. We start on the outside with a gentle foam pre-wash and hand wash to remove dirt, pollen, road film, and surface grime. Wheels and tires are cleaned, the vehicle dried properly, and tire dressing is applied for a clean finished look. Inside, we clean the cabin with a full vacuum, light trash removal, surface wipe-down, streak-free glass cleaning, and a quick freshening of vents and high-touch areas. The goal is to refresh the vehicle without overcomplicating the service. This service includes: Foam cannon pre-wash to loosen to dirt and grime Full exterior hand wash Rims and tires cleaned Tire dressing for a clean finish Spot-free hand dry Blow dry around mirrors, trim, badges, and crevices Full interior vacuuming of carpets, seats, and mats Light trash and debris removal Wipe-down of dash, console, cup holders, door panels, and hard surfaces Interior windows and mirrors cleaned streak-free Quick vent and surface freshening The OG Refresh is perfect for vehicles that are not heavily stained, neglected, or packed with buildup but still need a professional clean that feels better than basic wash alone. This is not a deep interior reset, shampoo package, clay bar treatment, wax, polish, odor treatment, or full restoration service. For vehicles with stains, pet hair, heavy grime, rough paint, oxidation, or deeper buildup, The OG Reset, OG Signature Detail, or a Deluxe service would be the better fit. The goal is simple: clean the inside, refresh the outside, and bring your vehicle back to a sharper, more confident everyday look - The OG Way!
Cancellation Policy
At OG Mobile Detailing, our goal is to deliver professional results with convenience and care. To provide the best experience for all customers, the following policies apply to all services: 1. Appointments and Scheduling Services are by appointment only. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. Please make sure we have clear access to your vehicle at the scheduled time. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. If we arrive but cannot perform the service due to locked vehicles, unsafe conditions, or customer absence, a service fee may apply. 3. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, card, and approved digital payments. Deposits may be required for certain services or fleet accounts. 4. Service Limitations Prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or neglect may result in additional charges. While we do our best, complete removal of all stains, odors, or damage cannot be guaranteed. Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions at no extra cost. 5. Customer Responsibilities Please remove personal items before service. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings. Customers must provide a safe and accessible work area (driveway, parking space, etc.). 6. Liability Disclaimer We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects (such as worn upholstery, oxidized, or loose trim). Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion By booking, the customer agrees to these terms. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
