The OG Reset is our interior-focused combo package built for vehicles that need more than a basic clean. This service is designed to fully reset the cabin while pairing it with a clean exterior wash so the whole vehicle feels refreshed inside and out. This package is perfect for daily drivers, family vehicles, work vehicles, and interiors with built-up dirt, crumbs, spills, light stains, dust, grime, and everyday wear. The main focus is the interior transformation - because the space your sit in every day should feel clean, comfortable, and back under control. We start inside with a full deep-clean process using steam cleaning, Tornador air tools, detailed vacuuming, surface sanitizing, light carpet shampoo, door jamb cleaning, and careful attention to cracks, crevices, vents, buttons, cup holders, and high-touch areas. Every major surface is cleaned with intention so the cabin feels reset, not just wiped down. On the outside, we finish the service with a basic exterior wash to clean up the vehicle’s appearance and match the refreshed interior. This service includes a foam pre-wash, hand wash, wheel and tire cleaning, spot-free drying, and tire dressing for a clean finished look. This service includes: Full interior vacuuming of carpets, seats, mats, trunk, and cargo areas Tornador air cleaning for vents, cracks, seams, and tight areas Steam cleaning of interior surfaces Light carpet shampoo for deeper refreshed feel Door jamb cleaning Cleaning and sanitizing of dash, console, doors, cup holders, panels, and high-touch areas Seat surface cleaning for cloth, leather, or vinyl Interior windows and mirrors cleaned streak-free Final interior freshening for a clean finished feel Foam cannon exterior pre-wash Full exterior hand wash Rim and tire cleaning Tire dressing for a polished finish Spot-free hand dry Blow dry around mirrors, trim, badges, and crevices The OG Reset is ideal for vehicles where the interior has taken the biggest hit and needs a stronger clean than the OG Refresh or OG Signature Detail provides. This is not a full extraction package, pet hair removal package, odor treatment, full exterior decontamination, clay bar treatment, polish, or ceramic coating. For heavy stains, pet hair, strong odors, or full restoration needs, the OG Deluxe Interior Restoration or additional specialty services may be recommended. The goal is simple: reset the inside, clean up the outside, and give your vehicle that fresh, controlled, “finally handled” feel!
Cancellation Policy
At OG Mobile Detailing, our goal is to deliver professional results with convenience and care. To provide the best experience for all customers, the following policies apply to all services: 1. Appointments and Scheduling Services are by appointment only. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. Please make sure we have clear access to your vehicle at the scheduled time. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. If we arrive but cannot perform the service due to locked vehicles, unsafe conditions, or customer absence, a service fee may apply. 3. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, card, and approved digital payments. Deposits may be required for certain services or fleet accounts. 4. Service Limitations Prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or neglect may result in additional charges. While we do our best, complete removal of all stains, odors, or damage cannot be guaranteed. Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions at no extra cost. 5. Customer Responsibilities Please remove personal items before service. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings. Customers must provide a safe and accessible work area (driveway, parking space, etc.). 6. Liability Disclaimer We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects (such as worn upholstery, oxidized, or loose trim). Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion By booking, the customer agrees to these terms. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
