The OG Boat Wash N Shine is our basic exterior boat wash designed to clean and refresh your boat’s exterior surfaces without stepping into a full restoration service. Boats deal with a different level of exposure than regular vehicles. Sun, saltwater, freshwater minerals, humidity, rain, dock, pollen, and sitting outside can quickly leave the surface looking dull, dirty, and neglected. This service focuses on safely washing the exterior, removing surface buildup, and giving the boat a cleaner, sharper, water-ready appearance. This service includes: Exterior rinse-down Foam wash to loosen dirt, salt, and surface grime Hand wash of accessible exterior surfaces Light cleaning around exterior panels, trim, rails, and fixtures Waterline wipe-down for light buildup Trailer face rinse/wipe where accessible Final rinse and clean exterior finish. The OG Boat Wash N Shine is ideal for boat owners who want their boat cleaned up after use, before storage, before a weekend on the water, or as routine maintenance to keep the exterior looking respected and presentable. This is not a deep oxidation removal, heavy mildew treatment, water spot correction, gel coat restoration, metal polishing, ceramic coating, or full marine protection package. Boats with chalky gel coat, heavy staining, black streaks, oxidation, or embedded buildup may need the OG Boat Polish & Oxidation Removal service.
Cancellation Policy
At OG Mobile Detailing, our goal is to deliver professional results with convenience and care. To provide the best experience for all customers, the following policies apply to all services: 1. Appointments and Scheduling Services are by appointment only. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. Please make sure we have clear access to your vehicle at the scheduled time. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. If we arrive but cannot perform the service due to locked vehicles, unsafe conditions, or customer absence, a service fee may apply. 3. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, card, and approved digital payments. Deposits may be required for certain services or fleet accounts. 4. Service Limitations Prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or neglect may result in additional charges. While we do our best, complete removal of all stains, odors, or damage cannot be guaranteed. Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions at no extra cost. 5. Customer Responsibilities Please remove personal items before service. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings. Customers must provide a safe and accessible work area (driveway, parking space, etc.). 6. Liability Disclaimer We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects (such as worn upholstery, oxidized, or loose trim). Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion By booking, the customer agrees to these terms. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
