This service includes: Full interior vacuum Light trash and loose debris removal Wipe-down of dash, console, cup holders, doors, and panels Cleaning of steering wheel, handles, buttons, and high-touch areas Seat surface wipe-down Floor mat cleaning Interior windows and mirrors cleaned streak-free Light vent, crevice, and storage area cleaning Interior freshening for a cleaner cabin feel The OG Commercial Interior Refresh is ideal for routine maintenance, owner-operators, fleet presentation, work vehicles, delivery vehicles, service trucks, and drivers who want their cab cleaned up without needing a full shampoo or heavy restoration service. This is not a full shampoo, odor treatment, grease removal, stain extraction, pet hair removal, sleeper restoration, or heavy interior reset package. Vehicles with stains, spills, strong odors, grease buildup, heavy debris, or neglected sleeper areas may need a deeper commercial interior reset or added specialty treatment. The goal is simple: clean the space where the work gets done, restore comfort in the cabin, and keep your commercial vehicle looking professional from the inside out - the OG way.


Cancellation Policy

At OG Mobile Detailing, our goal is to deliver professional results with convenience and care. To provide the best experience for all customers, the following policies apply to all services: 1. Appointments and Scheduling Services are by appointment only. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. Please make sure we have clear access to your vehicle at the scheduled time. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. If we arrive but cannot perform the service due to locked vehicles, unsafe conditions, or customer absence, a service fee may apply. 3. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, card, and approved digital payments. Deposits may be required for certain services or fleet accounts. 4. Service Limitations Prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or neglect may result in additional charges. While we do our best, complete removal of all stains, odors, or damage cannot be guaranteed. Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions at no extra cost. 5. Customer Responsibilities Please remove personal items before service. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings. Customers must provide a safe and accessible work area (driveway, parking space, etc.). 6. Liability Disclaimer We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects (such as worn upholstery, oxidized, or loose trim). Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion By booking, the customer agrees to these terms. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
