The OG Commercial Wash N Shine is a basic exterior wash designed for semi trucks, work trucks, cargo vans, box trucks, utility vehicles, and commercial fleet vehicles that need a clean, professional appearance without a full detail or heavy restoration service. Commercial vehicles collect heavy road film, bugs, diesel soot, brake dust, dirt, mud, pollen, and grime from daily use. This service focuses on safely removing surface buildup, refreshing the exterior, and helping your vehicle look clean, presentable, and ready to represent your business on the road. This service includes: Exterior rinse-down Foam wash to loosen dirt and road grime Hand wash of accessible exterior panels Bug and road film removal on front-facing areas Wheel and tire face cleaning Light cleaning around mirrors, handles, steps, and visible trim Final rinse and clean exterior finish The OG Commercial Wash N Shine is ideal for vehicles that need routine maintenance, fleet presentation, post-route cleanup, or a clean reset before work, travel, delivery, or customer-facing service. This is not a heavy oxidation removal, aluminum polishing, degreasing, or full restoration service. For vehicles with heavy staining, oxidation, black streaks, faded paint, grease buildup, or embedded contamination, additional services may be recommended. The goal is simple: keep your commercial vehicle looking clean, professional, and respected — because when your vehicle pulls up, it speaks for your business before you ever say a word.
Cancellation Policy
At OG Mobile Detailing, our goal is to deliver professional results with convenience and care. To provide the best experience for all customers, the following policies apply to all services: 1. Appointments and Scheduling Services are by appointment only. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. Please make sure we have clear access to your vehicle at the scheduled time. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. If we arrive but cannot perform the service due to locked vehicles, unsafe conditions, or customer absence, a service fee may apply. 3. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, card, and approved digital payments. Deposits may be required for certain services or fleet accounts. 4. Service Limitations Prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or neglect may result in additional charges. While we do our best, complete removal of all stains, odors, or damage cannot be guaranteed. Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions at no extra cost. 5. Customer Responsibilities Please remove personal items before service. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings. Customers must provide a safe and accessible work area (driveway, parking space, etc.). 6. Liability Disclaimer We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects (such as worn upholstery, oxidized, or loose trim). Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion By booking, the customer agrees to these terms. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
