Service Description

The OG Maintenance Plan is your hassle-free way to keep a clean ride al year long. Each visit includes a consistent interior and exterior routine that preserves the results of your last full detail. Inside, we remove light debris with a quick vacuum, wipe down the dash, console, door panels, and high-touch areas, clean the interior glass, and take care of any small, easy spots that can be handled without deep extraction. Outside, your vehicle gets a full pre-rise and foam soak, a safe hand wash, wheel and tire cleaning with dressing, door-jamb touch-ups, and a spot free microfiber dry. Every service ends with a light sealant application to boost gloss and maintain protection between deeper details. It's a simple, consistent plan that keeps your car looking sharp without the stress of rebooking every time.


Cancellation Policy

At OG Mobile Detailing, our goal is to deliver professional results with convenience and care. To provide the best experience for all customers, the following policies apply to all services: 1. Appointments and Scheduling Services are by appointment only. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. Please make sure we have clear access to your vehicle at the scheduled time. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. If we arrive but cannot perform the service due to locked vehicles, unsafe conditions, or customer absence, a service fee may apply. 3. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, card, and approved digital payments. Deposits may be required for certain services or fleet accounts. 4. Service Limitations Prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or neglect may result in additional charges. While we do our best, complete removal of all stains, odors, or damage cannot be guaranteed. Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions at no extra cost. 5. Customer Responsibilities Please remove personal items before service. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings. Customers must provide a safe and accessible work area (driveway, parking space, etc.). 6. Liability Disclaimer We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects (such as worn upholstery, oxidized, or loose trim). Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion By booking, the customer agrees to these terms. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
