The OG RV/Camper Wash N Shine is our basic exterior wash designed to refresh your RV, camper, or travel trailer and bring back a clean, road-ready appearance without stepping into a full restoration service. RVs and campers collect buildup fast. Bugs, dirt, pollen, road film, water spots, black streaks, oxidation residue, and grime from travel or outdoor storage can make the exterior look dull and neglected. This service focuses on safely cleaning the exterior surfaces, improving the overall appearance, and gibing your RV a cleaner, sharper finish from front to back. This service includes: Exterior rinse-down Foam wash to loosen dirt, bugs, and road grime Hand cleaning of accessible exterior panels Light attention to high-contact buildup areas Wheel and tire face cleaning Cleaning around trim, decals, windows, seals, and exterior fixtures where accessible Final rinse-down for a clean finished look The OG RV/Camper Wash N Shine is ideal for RV owners who want a clean, professional finish before a trip, after travel, before storage, or as routine maintenance to keep the exterior from looking worn down. This is not a heavy oxidation removal, black streak restoration, roof treatment, polish, water spot removal, or ceramic protection package. RVs with deeper oxidation, stubborn black streaks, faded gel coat, dull panels, or heavy water spotting may need a dedicated polish or restoration service. Cancellation Policy
At OG Mobile Detailing, our goal is to deliver professional results with convenience and care. To provide the best experience for all customers, the following policies apply to all services: 1. Appointments and Scheduling Services are by appointment only. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. Please make sure we have clear access to your vehicle at the scheduled time. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. If we arrive but cannot perform the service due to locked vehicles, unsafe conditions, or customer absence, a service fee may apply. 3. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, card, and approved digital payments. Deposits may be required for certain services or fleet accounts. 4. Service Limitations Prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or neglect may result in additional charges. While we do our best, complete removal of all stains, odors, or damage cannot be guaranteed. Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions at no extra cost. 5. Customer Responsibilities Please remove personal items before service. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings. Customers must provide a safe and accessible work area (driveway, parking space, etc.). 6. Liability Disclaimer We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects (such as worn upholstery, oxidized, or loose trim). Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion By booking, the customer agrees to these terms. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
